FQM Criminology Center is named after the initials of the first director and owner of the Review Center, Fema Quilban Magdamo.
FQM Criminology review center was established in 1996. This has been materialized upon knowing the need of its existence in Region XI, being the only and First Criminology Review Center in Davao City.
